The Education and Career Development Council provides Tamil youth in the UK with the necessary resources that integrates academic, applied learning and career awareness to support youth in making a successful transition from school to work, or post-secondary education. Through a coordinated effort, youth will have optimal access to career development resources, and will be better prepared to take advantage of relevant learning and workplace opportunities.

With a large number of organisations working with one another, the Tamil community will be able to build charity organisations, scholarships and bursaries. This allows the Tamil community to work towards the betterment of the Tamil youth, opening bright doors towards a brighter future.
